Dr. Fanarjian attended medical school at Albany Medical College. She completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at University of South Florida where she trained under Dr. McCarthy. As a National Health Services Corps scholar, she practiced general obstetrics & gynecology at a community health clinic (in North Carolina) for two years. She moved back to Tampa in 2010 and split her time between Bay Pines VA and Planned Parenthood. In addition to providing high quality outpatient and surgical gynecology, she was involved in medical student and resident education.

At the VA, she was the only staff surgical gynecologist serving a diverse group of patients in a wide catchment area. She trained primary care residents in women’s health and advocated for improved health services for female veterans.

She brings both experience and passion to this new opportunity. She hopes to build on the practice’s existing reputation for providing high quality, patient centered gynecological care.

Antoinina Watkins, MD

Dr. Watkins is a Tampa Native and has been practicing medicine in the Tampa Bay Area since 2004. She is a Florida-licensed and Board Certified OB/GYN, and fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Watkins graduated from the University of Florida with honors. She went on to earn her medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. She completed her residency at Emory University, where she served as Chief Administrative Resident in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics and became a member of Alpha Omega Alpha. She has a special interest in both adolescent and geriatric gynecology as well as minimally invasive surgery.

When not at work she enjoys movies, reading, traveling and volunteering.

Georgia – Office Manager

Hi! I’m Georgia. I have been with South Tampa Gynecology since early 2021. I love this job because it helps me provide compassionate, high-quality care to our patients. I’m passionate about serving patients and creating a comfortable experience for them. I look forward to meeting you!

Keyani – Front Office Coordinator

Hello there. My name is Keyani. I’m eager to learn new things, organized and hard working. I do all of this with a smile and positive attitude. This office will make you feel right at home with how friendly we are. It’s one of the many reasons I love my job. My days outside of work consist of soaking up the sweet, Florida rays with my loved ones. I’m excited to meet you!

Hello! My name is Tori. I am a recent graduate of the University of Florida. Go Gators! I am passionate about working in the medical field and do my best to provide all our patients with understanding, hospitality, and positivity. Our office offers a safe space for each patient and provides outstanding care. I am excited to meet you!

Natalie – Surgery Scheduler

I am originally from California and moved here in 2001. I have over 20 years of experience in the medical field. I enjoy patient care and my primary goal is to make sure the office provides exceptional care in a professional environment with excellent customer service. Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family in the fun sun. I am excited to meet you!
